Corner Cottage is a stylish 1-bedroom home just a short walk from Norwich City centre with its own private parking. Located in the popular ‘Golden Triangle’ area of the city, the cottage is just minutes away on foot from an array of fantastic bars and cafes!

Accommodating 2 guests (or up to 4 with use of the sofa bed), Corner Cottage offers 1 king sized bedroom, an open plan living area, kitchen, and bathroom.

 

The Space

Corner Cottage was completely refurbished in May 2021, creating a bright and colourful space which epitomises comfort and convenience.

One spacious bedroom is available on the first floor of the property, featuring a king-sized bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. The modern bathroom is also upstairs and offers a bath with shower over.

Heading downstairs to the ground floor, you will find the fabulous open-plan living space, with a large sofa, armchair and flat screen television. The property can accommodate up to 4 guests with the use of a sofa bed in the living room (please request at the time of booking).

The dining table has seating for 4 guests, perfect for breakfasts and lunches before a busy day exploring Norwich.

Corner Cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen with many amenities including oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and an extensive range of utensils, pots, and pans for all your cooking needs. There’s also a washing machine.

There’s a small well-maintained garden at the front of the property.

Corner Cottage is just a short walk from the popular Unthank Road, the heart of the ‘Golden Triangle’. This area of Norwich is highly sought after due to its superb selection of bars, restaurants, pubs, and cafes. There is also a Tesco Express and a Coop.

Stroll a little further (just 15 minutes from the property) and guests will find themselves in the bustle of the city. Whether you’re a shopaholic, history buff or keen foodie, there’s something for everyone in Norwich. The 11th century market is well worth a visit, with its diverse food options, and unique clothing stalls you will find everything from a watch battery to a hog roast!

A hop, skip and a jump from the market and you’ll be surrounded by the independent stores that line 'Norwich Lanes', a great stop for a unique purchase or a cheeky bargain! Don’t forget to swing by Grosvenor’s Fish bar for the greatest fish and chips in the land! (In our humble opinion!)

Norwich wouldn’t be Norwich without it’s awe-inspiring Cathedral. Completed in 1145, the Cathedral is steeped in history, and is both hugely popular amongst locals and tourists alike. – A walk around the large cloister is not something to be missed!

Whether it’s wining and dining or retro arcades and classic cinemas, the city is primed with entertainment for day or night. The only problem you’ll have is fitting it everything in before you leave!

For those visiting the University of East Anglia, it’s just 3 miles away by car, with regular buses also available nearby.

A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable 4 weeks before your arrival. Payments are non-refundable.
