The government rules are constantly updated and are subject to change, we will keep this page updated with new information as often as we can. In the meantime we’d like to thank each and every one of you for your support during this time and look forward to welcoming you back to Norfolk.

Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

When you book direct on you can be assured we’re there to help. The following Covid-19 policy applies in addition to our normal booking conditions:

1. We’re unable to offer the property at the time for any reason. For example, if government restrictions prevent us from opening the property or cleaners / staff are unable to prepare the property.

2. The UK government imposes travel restrictions which legally prevent you from taking your trip.

If you can’t take your trip due to either of those reasons you will be able to choose to either reschedule your booking to another time or to receive a full refund of the accommodation fees. Please note if you choose a refund, the £24 booking fee is non refundable.


Can I still take my booking?

From 19th July 2021, there are no restrictions in place relating to self-catering holiday properties.

What happens if I no longer wish to take my booking?

We understand some guests may wish to change plans due to concerns over Covid-19 and we will help with this wherever possible.

However, if the property is available (not closed due to government regulations) and there are no restrictions legally preventing you from travelling, then our normal booking conditions apply.

What additional safety measures are in place for my stay?

Property owners and housekeepers have been provided with guidance on additional and enhanced cleaning measures to provide a safer environment.

Please keep in mind some properties may look a little different, that’s because they may have been “de-cluttered” to ensure effective cleaning can be carried out between guests.

A large majority of our properties now operate a self-check in system to keep in person contact minimised. Where a self-check in service is not possible, social distancing guidelines will be strictly observed.

Self-catering properties lend themselves to isolation which makes social distancing easier. Please be sure to read the property location descriptions before booking to check it meets your location requirements. We’re available to answer any questions you may have as to the suitability of a property for your needs.
