The Space

Indulge in three well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. The first floor hosts a family bathroom with a luxurious roll-top bath, perfect for unwinding, and a second bathroom featuring a spacious rainfall shower, sink, and W/C. On the ground floor, find a convenient WC and wet room.

Kitchen and Dining:
Step into the spacious kitchen, beautifully traditional yet well-equipped with modern appliances including a Stanley Cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso – please bring your own pods) and washing machine. Perfect for big family breakfasts or traditional evening meals, the kitchen conveniently opens into the large dining room, with ample space for everyone to gather.

Living Spaces:
The comfortable lounge features a large smart TV, a wood burner and a serene view of the garden and river! Adjacent to the living room guests can look forward to challenging friends and family to a friendly game of pool, adding a competitive edge to your holiday. On the top floor, discover a games room complete with a PlayStation, vinyl record player, and record selection.

Outdoor Oasis:
Step into the sunroom and out into the expansive garden, featuring a patio with outdoor seating, a large barbecue, and a parasol (this does need to be set up and put away again after use). As you continue walking towards the back of the garden, you’ll find a small apple orchard and at the end of the garden, there is a lovely folly and access to some woodland. The river Blackwater runs along the length of the garden so care must be taken with children.
