The Space

The huge amount of care and attention to detail that has gone into Gayton House can be seen as soon as you arrive. The property has undergone extensive refurbishment in recent years to transform it into a beautiful and modern home.

Inside, the ground floor consists of a spacious open plan living space, kitchen, and dining area with bi-fold doors opening out onto the well-maintained garden, with patio. The living space includes a large wall-mounted smart TV, and three sofas providing plenty of room for all your guests to relax together.

In the kitchen and dining space is a dining table with seating for up to 8 guests. The kitchen itself is well equipped with appliances including a full-size fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and double oven. A washing machine can also be found in the utility room.

Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms; the master bedroom features a super king size bed as well as a smart TV. The other bedrooms consist of 2 rooms each with king size beds and 1 room with a standard double sized bed.

Outside is a stunning garden with large patio area. The decked area includes an outdoor dining table which seats up to 8 guests, whilst more informal seating is available on the outdoor sofa on the patio. At the end of the garden is small studio space complete with weight set. The space is also ideal for yoga.
