The Space

Church Farm has 7-bedrooms accommodating up to 16 guests, 3 of which feature ensuite bathrooms. The rooms are named after nearby towns and villages each featuring their own unique character and charm. The setup is as follows : one family room with a king size bed and 3ft bunk beds, another family room with a king size bed and a 3ft single, 3 further king size double rooms, a twin, and a single room. The family rooms are known as Waxham and Stalham and both feature ensuites. Waxham is a large family suite with a king-sized bed, and then an adult-sized bunk bed which is within a separate room off the main bedroom. Stalham is a split level family room, with a king-sized bed and a single on the lower level.

In addition to the 3 ensuites, the house has a family bathroom and 2 WCs.

For those planning to share a delicious meal with their guests, the property is well stocked with kitchen facilities and cookware. Across the home there’s an incredible 4 ovens, 2 Fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 kettles, 2 toasters and 1 freezer! Coffee lovers can rest assured there is also a Nespresso coffee machine. Dining space will be of no issue either, with a huge gorgeous dining table seating all 16 guests. And if you’re blessed with some Norfolk sunshine, there’s an equally large table in the garden for those who wish to enjoy some alfresco dining.

Entertainment is in no short supply at Church Farm. If you’re not feeling the beach, then you can look forward to family-friendly competition in the games room, before some post-game relaxation in the luxurious hot tub. Indoors there is a smart TV in the lounge with access to all of your favourite streaming platforms (guests must use their own logins), board games and books.

Outside there’s over a 1/3 of an acre of garden for guests to enjoy their morning coffee, or simply share the sunshine with family and friends.
