The Space

Entrance:
You’ll enter on the ground floor, where there is a small porch for storing buckets, spades, and sandy shoes. Upon entering the house, you’ll instantly feel at home in its warm and inviting surroundings.

Bedrooms:
The first floor hosts a king-size bedroom with elevated sea views. On the second floor, you’ll find an additional king-size room and a bunk bedroom, both offering captivating views of the sea. The additional bedrooms include a third king bedroom and a twin bedroom which can also be made up as a Super King upon request.

Bathrooms:
A family bathroom on the second floor features a luxurious roll-top bath, rainfall shower, handheld shower, WC, and bidet. The lower ground floor accommodates a shower room with a rainfall shower and a separate toilet. There is a second separate WC in addition.

Living Space:
The ground floor boasts a spacious lounge spanning the width of the building, offering ample seating, a smart TV, DAB radio with Bluetooth, PlayStation, and panoramic views of the horizon.

Kitchen and Dining:
Also located on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern fittings including a Rangemaster style gas cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a wine fridge. The dining area, seating ten guests, offers stunning views of the sea, making it an ideal setting for family dinners. A highchair is available upon request.

Outside:
The lower ground floor leads to a sunroom and patio garden, providing a tranquil space to unwind. Access to the private parking area at the back of the house is facilitated through the gate at the top of the upper garden.

Checkout is by 10am.

A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable 4 weeks before your arrival.

The beautiful period fireplaces are ornamental only and fires are not permitted to ensure guests' safety.

2 well behaved dogs are welcome by prior agreement.
