Many of our properties are included in our Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver scheme. This means we will cover the cost to make good any loss or damage to the property and / or its contents up to the predetermined value for that property, this will be stated in your booking confirmation email (if the cover is included).
Where any such damage caused exceeds this amount, you agree to pay to NHP, acting on behalf of the Owner, the additional amount to make good any such loss or damage above the predetermined amount. Criminal or deliberate damage will not be covered by the Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver.
Where properties are not enrolled in the scheme you may be required to pay a refundable damage deposit instead, if so, this will be stated at the time of booking.
