All Saints Green Cottage is a fabulous 1750’s townhouse, recently renovated with a modern décor just minutes from Norwich City Centre.

Close to popular restaurants, cafes and public transport, this holiday home is ideal for those visiting the wonderful City of Norwich for leisure or business. 

The property offers 2-bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen-living area, 2 ensuite bathrooms and a south facing outside patio area.

 

The space

The grade II listed town house was renovated as recently as 2018. Great care and attention was taken to ensure the house retained its character and charm whilst breathing fresh life into the property. 

The spacious master bedroom features a double bed with ensuite bathroom, built in wardrobes and a large window flooding the room with natural light. The second bedroom features a comfortable sofa bed with a private ensuite and rainfall shower. 

Stocked with crockery and utensils the town house features a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a washer dryer. There is a large seating area and beautiful kitchen island creating a wonderful open, social and spacious layout. 

Featuring a smart TV, guests will have access to all of the most popular streaming sites such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and BBC iPlayer (must use own accounts).

The bathrooms are decorated with metro and mosaic bathroom tiles, and offer rainfall showers. 

Outside there is a south facing patio garden.

Additional Information

There is no parking available with this property, but paid parking can be found on Bethel Street at the RCP car park around a 10-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, there’s the NCP Norwich St Stephens Street car park which is just a 4-minute walk away (we would recommend pre-booking).

Please note the second bedroom sleeps up to 2 guests via a sofa bed.

Located in the heart of Norwich, All Saints Green Cottage is conveniently positioned within easy reach of everything the city has to offer.

Norwich has some of the finest watering holes in the country with a whole host of unique and historic public houses. For keen ale drinkers we’d highly recommend local favourites such as The Coachmakers Arms and The Murderers Pub. Or perhaps pay a visit to the oldest pub (and the smallest!) in Norwich, The Adam and Eve.

Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, you’ll have no trouble finding a café or restaurant that’ll feed your appetite.
