Really beautiful touches

A beautiful property with everything you need. The only thing I missed from home was bigger mugs for my tea & coffee, but that’s my own personal preference, but everything else was thought of. Really beautiful touches of flowers and art work, a pleasure to stay.

Wendy (19/03/19)

Thank you for the warm welcome

Clean, classy, comfy and cosy little nest in a perfect location for exploring the beautiful area. Thank you for the warm welcome from the hosts and their friendly dogs. Cheers for the ‘chippy’ recommendation for my birthday tea!

Tracy (06/03/19) (Chesterfield)

Great little cottage

Great little cottage, centrally located in Cromer. Very clean and welcoming. Some great dog walks, including the beach (out of season). Shame 2 of the 4 pubs were closed (the Albion, opposite being refurbished), but the Red Lion (20 yards away) had great food and beer.

Dave (04/03/19) (Wilstead)

The Nest is a lovely little annexe

The Nest is a lovely little annexe next to The Barn where the owners and their dogs live. It has everything that you need and is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the High Street and Wells Quay. It is also 30 seconds walk from the friendliest pub, The Bowling Green Inn. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Sophie (03/03/19) (London)

Everything you could want

Amazing place for a relaxing weekend away. 45 minute walk to Happisburgh beach and the house has everything you could want. The swimming pool and sauna were a great addition. Highly recommend.

Carl (24/02/19) (Attleborough)

Lovely, cute vibe

Fantastic location right near the beach and the pub opposite, the Red Lion is a great place to grab a drink. Loads of fab vegan options everywhere we went, esp Jetty’s and Browns cafe. Recommend the cliff walk to Sheringham as well. House has everything you would need, is so central to everything and a lovely, cute vibe.

Laura (21/02/19) (Reading)

Clean, comfortable and warm

The flat is nicely kept, clean, comfortable and warm. Ideal walking distance into the City and handy for the university as well. Good value and the parking was very useful too.

Melissa (20/02/19)

A good central location for us

A good central location for us- granny, daughter and grandchildren- as we have relatives in the area. Some basic items were missing in the house when we arrived- tea towels, bathmat, washing up sponges, extra rubbish sacks. Norfolk Holiday properties were prompt and apologetic in supplying these after a phone call.

Sylvia (20/02/19) (Rugby)

It’s clean and spacious

This is a great bungalow. It’s clean and spacious, with great facilities including a utility room with washer, dryer and iron and ironing board. The house is on the edge of Wells and isn’t overlooked at all despite being in a residential area. The large back garden is completely enclosed, so great for dogs. It’s only about a 10 minute easy walk to the sea front. I loved it and would definitely return.

Adrian (20/02/19)

Would stay here again

This apartment is in a fantastic location, just a short walk into the centre and lots of shops just across the road. The amenities are good and the layout is fantastic. There was lots of information about Norwich left by the host which we found to be very helpful. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Maisy (18/02/19) (Bedford)

Great value for money

Lovely place in a perfect location, close to the city but not right in the centre which can be too noisy. Great value for money too. Thanks!

Dave (20/01/19) (Manchester)

Beautiful and very welcoming house

Beautiful and very welcoming house with everything that you could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is very clean. Perfect for a big family get together. The pool, gym and sauna are a great addition and made our holiday extra special.

David (07/01/19)

Communication with the owners was very easy

The house is very comfortable with good amenities. In the summer it would be even better, with a garden with barbeque to use.The location is excellent-about 15 minutes walk to the centre with pubs and a Tesco Express a few minutes away. The staircase is rather steep but the house was great for our stay. Access and parking were great and communication with the owners was very easy.

Barbara (05/01/19) (London)

Thoroughly recommend

Ideal location Beautifully appointed Off road parking invaluable. Thoroughly recommend

Andrew (01/01/19)

Kitchen was very well equipped

Kitchen was very well equipped with an above average standard utensils. All of the bedrooms were decent size and good storage space in all of the rooms. Downstairs was large enough for 6 people and the outside patio area has more than enough space. Location is great and if you enjoy the beach or short walks there are plenty of places to go

Simon (01/01/19)

Fantastic little place

Fantastic little place for a break to Norfolk. A short walk to all the local shops and waterfront. You’ll be bound to have a wonderful time if you chose to stay here. My girlfriend and I couldn’t fault the place.

James (30/12/18) (Cambridge)

Thomas (30/12/18) (Haughley)

A well equipped house

A well equipped house, near the coast with a very nice small poor ideal for young children. A warm sitting area by the pool and a good sauna. Very comfortable beds, plenty of storage space.

Doris (30/12/18) (Suffolk)

We were made to feel very welcome.

The house was a perfect home from home for four days over Christmas. Three bedrooms that were very comfortable for a couple plus two grown-up kids and more than enough room downstairs to host two more adults for dinner on Christmas Day. Easy walking distance into Norwich city centre. We were made to feel very welcome.

Robert (27/12/18) (London)

Exceptionally comfortable and clean

The flat was exceptionally comfortable and clean. It was only a couple of minutes to the train station by foot, so the location was perfect. I have no complaints — the entire stay was smooth and enjoyable.

Star (10/12/18) (Johannesburg, South Africa)

The hosts are very welcoming

Well situated property 10 mins from town centre. Lots of choice for eating out Local supermarket 5 min up the road Beautiful property and very nice hosts Would definitely recommend.

Karen (25/11/18) (Godmanchester)

Quick and easy communication with host

Great self-contained flat, which was perfect for my week working in Norwich. Lovely and warm with timed central heating – great for getting up in the morning! Comfortable bed and excellent amenities; including hot and powerful shower. To have a full working kitchen was an added bonus. Wifi was a little temperamental when I first arrived but it was promptly sorted by quick and easy communication with host. Check in was very simple and convenient. Little noisy at night as on a main road but only 2 minutes walk from the station which was extremely advantageous with heavy bags! Highly recommend staying here 🙂 thank you Sascha for your hospitality!

Kate (25/11/18) (London)

The house was perfect for all of us

The property was in a great location within walking distance to everything bus stops, local shops, city centre etc. We all loved and enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for all of us. I would definitely stay again.

Victoria (24/11/18)

Extremely clean

Perfect little cottage with lots of attention to detail. Sweet little four poster bed too. Extremely clean and all the necessary essentials you would need for your stay. The cottage is also located in the centre of Cromer giving easy access to everything and everywhere. We took our Beagle too. And I think he will agree with my comments

Jenny (18/11/18) (Cheshunt)

NHP were very accommodating and helpful.

This is a lovely, comfortable, cosy house within easy walking distance of central Norwich. There are several pubs/cafes nearby and good looking shops for essentials. Norfolk Holiday Properties were very accommodating and helpful.

Ruth (18/11/18) (London)

Super convenient location

A really nice flat in a good location near the centre of Norwich, just 15 minutes walk away. There are also 3 pubs, local convenience stores and cafes within a minute or twos walk, making this a super convenient location.

Thomas (18/11/18)

Tastefully decorated and very clean

The Hideaway is a lovely property standing on a larger plot with a large secluded garden. It is tastefully decorated and very clean. Large rooms with plenty of space and very comfortable. We visited in November with a young baby and it was nice and warm. Everything we needed for a short stay was provided. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location was good just a short walk into Wells for shops, pubs and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

Elizabeth (16/11/18)

We would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely house in a brilliant location that was perfect for me and my partner, our 2 young children and my parents for a weekend. The bedrooms are all a decent size and the lounge is cosy and comfortable. Check in was very easy as there is a key code entry which was provided the day before. The hosts were very responsive to any queries we had beforehand and were very understanding when I informed them that my 8 month old had knocked over and broken a vase. We would definitely stay again.

Kerrie (11/11/18)

Loved the style of the apartment

Such a lovely apartment & perfectly situated. Great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of the city centre. Loved the style of the apartment and fell in love with the sofa. We had a lovely time. Just bare in mind that there are some low, sloped ceilings and a fair amount of stairs. Would highly recommend!

Jodie (11/11/18) (London)

Tucked away in the middle of town

Lorna (06/11/18) (Thorpe-le-Soken)

Everything we needed

The cottage was simple, but had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable. It is conveniently located right next to the seafront and in the centre of town – but provides enough solace if you’re looking for a peaceful get-away.

Li-En (04/10/18) (London)

Warm and welcoming

A small and cosy cottage close to the sea. It had all the touches necessary to make it a comfortable stay, it was warm and welcoming.

Tina (02/10/18) (Bedford)

Fantastic stay

This property is fabulous for a private family gathering. I held my 60th birthday here with my children and their partners and a grandchild. It was the best experience ever! The pool was fabulous and as it hailed and poured outside, we had the time of our lives playing In the pool. The sauna proved a success too. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and clean, the kitchen and living area were superb. Could not fault it. I expect in the summer it would be even more amazing. We had outside caterers in two evenings who knew the layout of the kitchen and produced amazing food Only two miles from the beach. Fantastic stay. The best!

Micky (28/10/18) (Suffolk)

Just nothing I would change

Wonderful little cottage.. Cosy small and perfect. We had great communication from Sascha and arrived at a lovely little house in the heart of Cromer. Bed was comfy good kitchen and shower.. Lots of towels and just nothing I would change. Will definitely come back.

Great value for money.

Great apartment within walking distance of the centre of Norwich. Comfortable beds, good shower and parking – would stay here again, great value for money.

Rebecca (27/10/18)

Great to relax in after a day walking on the beach

A wonderful and spacious property perfect for anyone travelling with young kids or dogs. Has everything you need for a longer stay and is great to relax in after a day walking on the beach. Dogs can dry off in the spacious kitchen or utility room, whilst living room offers a lovely cozy feel to it. Having a good size private garden is good for warmer weather and for dogs to run around in. In a perfect location for Wells or Holkham and even though only a 10 minute walk parking around is easy so literally minutes away.

Daniel (27/10/18)

A warm welcome.

Lovely spot. Nicely designed and furnished. Very quiet with the window closed, a little traffic noise when open. Convenient with excellent covered off road parking and a warm welcome. You need to be able to open a substantial gate whether on foot or in car.

Natasha (24/10/18)

Great local amenities

A spacious 2 bed apartment that comfortably accommodated three adults and a teenager. The location has great local amenities (lovely pub/restaurant; Cafe Nero; cafe; fish and chips etc) and a Tesco Express 3 minutes walk away. The city centre is a 10/15 minute walk, but pretty level. Great to have a parking space, as parking is quite an issue!

Sarah 23/10/18)

Lovely little place for a weekend away.

Brilliant location for a friend’s wedding as the church is literally around the corner. We parked in a long stay pay and display for ease as there is little parking locally. Lovely little place for a weekend away.

Jessica (21/10/18) (Lincoln)

Thoughtful touches and great amenities

Amazing stay in this beautiful house. Great location close to centre of town and surrounding by great pubs and eating places. Everything within walking distance. The house itself was spotless, comfortably accommodated 6 people, and had thoughtful touches and great amenities. A lovely stay, will definitely be coming back!

Aimee (21/10/18) (London)

Exceptionally clean

This is a fabulous bungalow with large spacious rooms and exceptionally clean. Only 10 minutes to Wells centre…. would definitely return.

Sue (19/10/18) (Loughborough)

Our large party LOVED our holiday here.

WE all had an absolutely LOVELY LOVELY time staying in your gorgeous farmhouse at the weekend!!! The silence and the stars (we left curtains open at night just to be able to see them!) and the number of birds are something we really don’t get back in south London! It was SO peaceful. All the facilities were first class even down to the Denby crockery, and the infinite amount of hot water and pressure for all of us is something we’ve not had when staying anywhere else. The mattresses and pillows were heaven, and the hotel quality linen SO much nicer than the old 1970s flowery frilled duvet covers we’ve experienced before! The pretty pool, sauna and gym were very well used over the weekend too! Our large party LOVED our holiday here. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! and for being a charming host when we arrived.

Helen (16/10/18)

Every room was clean and homely.

A beautiful house with a great pool, gym and sauna. Dining table comfortably seats 12 and every room was clean and homely. The circular walk (on the laminated guide) was perfect for such a beautiful day. All in all a wonderful stay with amazing friends in a gorgeous setting.

Annette (14/10/18) (Abbotsley)

Very clean and welcoming.

This is a wonderful property in a delightful place. Very private and peaceful. Great location, very clean and welcoming.

Louise (30/09/18)

This great space was as-advertised

This great space was as-advertised and the rooms actually felt larger than in the photos which must be a first! Good location and convenient for city centre. Clean throughout and good comms about the let Highly recommended.

Ian (30/09/18)

Everything you might need

This is a well equipped flat. Everything you might need was there but lots of stairs to top floor. Good location for getting into the city centre about 15/20 min walk. Parking good , and essential as Norwich is very busy and parking in town is not easy. Plenty of cafes/shops nearby for essentials. Also easy to drive out to the Broads or the coast from here. Host was prompt to respond with details for arrival etc.

Stephanie (24/09/18)

Excellent communication from Norfolk Holiday Properties

We had a great few days at the Hideaway. it is exactly as you see in the pictures – clean and comfortable, with good facilities. We had excellent communication from Norfolk Holiday Properties in advance and they also responded promptly to a query we had while we were in the property. It is in a great location, at the end of a cul-de-sac therefore nice and quiet, but only about a 10 minute walk from the seafront. A co-op supermarket is about 4-5 minutes’ walk away.

Kristin (24/09/18) (London)

Lovely and clean and a good size

Great place to stay and perfect location for both the town and beach. We had a 10 week old baby, the property and the walk to town was pram accessible. Sascha was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions which was much appreciated. The house was lovely and clean and a good size, would love to go back when the sun is out!

Lauren (24/09/18) (Northland, New Zealand)

Gives any place abroad a run for its money!

The bungalow is a lovely place to stay, just a short walk from the harbour. Close to shops, coffee shops and restaurants. The beach is a little further but perfect if you have a car or don’t mind a walk. All essentials were provided and the place was clean and inviting. The beds were amazingly comfortable too! Lovely big garden that my son and dog loved running around! The host even provided a travel cot, high chair and changing mat after I asked if a cot was provided! Would definitely recommend and Wells is a beautiful place with a beach that gives any place abroad a run for its money!

Heather (20/09/18) (Mansfield Woodhouse, United Kingdom)

We have been a party of 11

Perhaps the best holiday home we have ever stayed in – certainly the most cleverly arranged and incredibly well equipped for every conceivable purpose, practical or recreational. We have been a party of 11, easily accommodated. This delightfully spacious but still homely house and with an age range from 5 months to early 80’s has something for everyone! With very best wishes, Alan.

Alan (15/09/18)

It was perfect for us

A group of us went down for my birthday and it was perfect for us! Quiet location, MASSIVE garden, loved the pool and sauna! Perfect for group holidays, would highly recommend 🙂

Good and quick communication with host.

Highly recommended. Fantastic stay! Everything you look for in a place to stay- safe, Clean, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, modern, lots of hot water, ideal location in Norwich (with shops near by, bus routes and restaurants). We were so impressed by all the apartments, and it was perfect for all our family to stay in the same place but in different apartments. Lovely big windows letting lots of light. Such a nice space. Would book again.

The host was very accommodating

We had a lovely stay in this cosy cottage, perfectly located being 5 mins away from the sea front. The host was very accommodating and flexible which we found really helpful. Thank you so much!

Elizabeth (04/09/18) (London)

Three generations, eight adults, four grandchildren, aged 3 to 9!!!

A very successful family get together, great use of all the facilities. Normally we have the odd night out at a restaurant. However had some great evenings around the table after the kids were in bed, chatting and drinking wine. Had some great family meals to make up for all the exercise we had had during the day. The kids loved the swimming pool, the adults loved the gym and the pool as well, as cycling and jogging locally.

The very large garden was an fantastic for butterfly hunting with the grandkids, lots of different ball games. One child learnt how to play cricket and hit a ball 🙂 others ran us ragged 🙂 Playing boule by torchlight in the evening will stay with me forever. Plenty of room for everyone, house is positioned for lots of nice things locally after a short drive. The poppy rail line is worth a visit, especial for little ones who love trains.

Contact with the owner was very good, we hope that the next people have the same great time as us.

Keith (27/08/18) (London)

Really professional and considerate.

I would really recommend staying here. The flat is lovely – very stylish and clean. I didn’t realise this but the flat is on a split-level which gives it a real character. I didn’t have any problems during my stay, but NHP gave me their contact details for all times of the day in case something went wrong. Also, they were prompt at relaying the information to get into the flat and also responding to any questions I had. Overall, they were really professional and considerate. I would definitely stay again!

Ellie (12/08/18) (Norwich)

Very stylish and cosy.

We loved staying here

We loved staying here: the flat is in a great location with pubs, shops, everything you could need nearby. It’s a pleasant 15/20 minute walk into the centre. The flat was well equipped, light and airy and a pleasure to spend a couple of days in.

Karen (01/08/18) (Veneto, Italy)

I wished I had booked a longer stay.

We had a great stay here. The large garden is great for dogs and the entrance hallway with loo can be totally closed off from the house if the dog is messy and needs to be cleaned up before coming inside. The house is very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and all the basics are provided. I wished I had booked a longer stay.

Chloe (25/07/18) (Rothwell)

Very high quality

We stayed in this flat while we were in Norwich for our daughter’s graduation at the university. It was perfect for what we wanted and in an excellent location with great shops and places to eat nearby. The parking space at the back of the property is very handy too. The furnishings and interior are of a very high quality, and it is a very pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

Janet (17/07/18) (Lewes)

Teresa (12/07/18) (Broughton)

A wonder retreat

A wonder retreat in gorgeous surroundings and an excellent time had by all. All rooms were a good size, bright and clean. All amenities were happily share amongst our happy group of 12. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a great addition and enjoyed by all. Al fresco was the order of the day what with the glorious weather for eating, drinking and conversation also watching the sun go down in the wonderful seclusion. The large TV room was comfortable enough to seat everyone to watch England beat Sweden… Would happily recommend this venue for a group getaway Thank you Sascha for being a wonder host.

Des (08/07/18) (Enfield)

Perfect place to stay for our trip

It is very hip, clean and in a desirable location with restaurants and friendly pubs right across the street. There is a bus stop steps away from your front door going in either location. Located in the Golden Triangle, it’s just minutes away from the main city. Sascha was very accommodating and suggested places to see and restaurants to try. The apartment was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and it was just the perfect place to stay for our trip.

Our kids have voted this their favourite place so far on our holiday to the UK and Italy.

Easy parking in driveway. Really nicely decorated and great layout and rooms for a family of 5. Supermarket just round the corner and friendly neighbours pointed us to a great fish and chips place 3 mins away. Easy walk into Norwich centre. Great communication. Mair (02/04/18) (Bristol)

All the appliances are good quality and the shower was hot.

It was a good location for the UEA Sport Park or heading into town. The local shops were handy and the Farmhouse Pub just up the road was lovely- good food. We had everything we needed and all slept well. There are a lot of stairs but the flat is great. All the appliances are good quality and the shower was hot. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Janet (02/04/18) (Spalding)

Quaint cottage in an excellent location

Quaint cottage in an excellent location, free on street parking near by but ask host before for a handy map. Perfect for couples, we brought a chrome cast plug in so we could connect our phones to the tv (for netflix). Clean, cosy and cute! Squirrel wood equastrian centre is a must for a hack- perfect for experienced riders and beginners.

Jessica (31/03/18) (Kesgrave)

It was clean, very comfortable, accessible and felt homely.

This flat is wonderful! After living in Norwich for a while it was great to be back for a visit with such a good base to go from. The location is brilliant. While it’s small it is perfect for the solo traveller or couple. The flat is right near the centre of town by a short walk or 10 min bus trip. It’s also close to local amenities such as a chemist, cafes/pubs, supermarkets etc. Also just a 15 min bus trip to the UEA campus. And the bus stop is literally right outside the door! Very easy to travel to and from. It was clean, very comfortable, accessible and felt homely.

A wonderful stay, we have some great memories

We all had such a lovely weekend in the house, the house was perfect for a weekend away with friends! Something so simple but the bedding and towels were great quality and thick! Was completely private, and was so so quite as no main roads near by! The kids loved it with the large garden and swimming pool! Would highly recommend staying here, the host was so helpful, quick to reply to me on every occasion and was really understanding letting us check in early and late to suit the kids. Couldn’t of been more accommodating. A wonderful stay in your house we have some great memories
