How do I book?
Bookings can made direct on our website. At the bottom of each property page there is a calendar showing availability. To make a booking or to check prices select the date you would like your stay to begin and then select how many days. To go ahead and make the booking just follow the instructions and enter your details from there.
How do I know if my dates are available?
Use the availability calendar at the bottom of each property page to check if your dates are available. Bookings are then also made by using the calendar, begin by selecting the date you would like your stay to start and follow the on screen instructions from there.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via credit or debit card. Payments can be made using our secure online payment portal or can be taken over the phone.
Is there a breakage deposit
Currently only we only take a breakage deposit at Manor Lodge. This is an additional £500 deposit which, breakage permitting will be returned to you within 2 weeks of checking out.
Other properties do not require a breakage deposit at this time. We understand accidents can happen and ask that any damage is reported to us. We do not usually charge for small breakages!
Can I amend my booking?
Yes confirmed bookings can be amended at the discretion of Norfolk Holiday Properties. Provided your booking amendments are possible we are always happy to help.
Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings can be cancelled up to six weeks before your arrival date however the 25% deposit is non refundable.
In the event of a cancellation within 6 weeks of your arrival, we will attempt to re-let the property and if successful, a discretionary payment may be made. However, we strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
How do I check in and out?
We operate a self check-in and check-out system on all properties excluding Manor Lodge. See Manor Lodge check in details below. If you property features key-code door locks there are no keys for you to collect. The codes will be available to you the day before your arrival. Arrive at your leisure knowing you will always be able to get in.
When staying at Manor Lodge you will be greeted at the property with the keys and shown around.
Is the entire property available to me?
Yes, all properties are entirely yours for the duration of your stay.
Are there additional booking fees?
No, there are absolutely no additional fees when you make a booking.
Is there a minimum stay?
There is a two night minimum stay when booking. During low season we can sometimes accommodate 1 night bookings by agreement.
Is there a discount for longer stays?
Yes, length of stay discounts are automatically added to your booking. (Our cheapest prices are only available on our website!)
Can I make a booking the same day as my arrival?
Yes, same day bookings can usually be made until 6pm.
Do I have to pay at the time of booking?
When booking you are required to pay a 25% deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is then payable 6 weeks prior to your stay. Trips booked within 6 weeks of your arrival are paid in full at the time of booking.
Are dogs welcome?
Are any properties suitable for those with limited mobility?
If you have any accessibility requirements, such as reduced mobility, please enquire with us or let our staff know at the time of booking so they can advise you on suitable properties.
