Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

Updated: Tuesday 25th March 2020

On the 23rd March 2020 the government has restricted travel in the UK and instructed everyone to stay at home. Therefore, you will not be able to travel to your holiday destination for at least the next three weeks. Please see below for advice and information.

During these difficult times we wish everyone and their families the best of health and urge everyone to follow UK government and NHS guidelines.

FAQ | Cancellations and Rescheduling

Can I still take my upcoming booking?

The government has issued the instruction that everyone must now stay at home, unless for essential travel. If you have an upcoming booking, please get in contact and we shall reschedule your dates for you (free of charge). We are allowing all guests due to arrive before 4th June 2020 to reschedule their stay for anytime within 12 months of their original arrival date.

How do I reschedule?

As you can imagine we are receiving a high volume of calls at the moment, so if you would like to reschedule your booking please email and we shall get that arranged for you. Bookings must be taken within 12 months of your original arrival date and are subject to availability. Seasonal prices changes may also apply.

If you do need to call then you may do so, however please do try and email first. We do ask that when you do call please remember to treat the team with understanding and respect. This is a tough time for all of us right now and we are just trying to do our best.

What if I don’t want to reschedule and would like to cancel?

If you don’t want to reschedule your booking, then we would advise you to contact your travel insurance provider to see if you are covered. We will provide whatever documentation you may need in this regard.

If you wish to cancel your booking and you don’t have travel insurance, then our usual cancellation policy will still apply as noted in our terms and conditions. We are unable to offer refunds.

What if I am currently on holiday?

If you are currently staying in one of our holiday homes we would advise you to contact us if we haven’t already been in touch with you.

Can I make a booking with you?

We are not currently accepting any bookings between now and the 4th June 2020. You may still make a booking with us after this date, however all bookings will be subject to our normal cancellation policy as set out in our terms & conditions (which includes you not being able to travel).
