Parking is included for 1 car in the car park at the rear of the building. 

The space

Clean open plan living, this apartment has a refreshingly unique décor that you’ll appreciate from the moment you walk in. 

The comfy lounge, has bookshelves and a smart TV with the dining area offering seating for 4, situated by large bay windows perfect for brightening up any home cooked meal. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with all the usual appliances as well as a washing machine.  

The private entrance which enters into a bright and airy foyer leading to two sets of steps. One set leads down to a bright twin room with high quality bedding and built in wardrobes.  The second set of stairs lead up to the main bathroom with bath/shower and storage for toiletries. 

Further long you’ll find a king size bedroom which also has built in wardrobes with hangers.

A friendly and popular area known as The Golden Triangle, often regarded as the 'Notting Hill' of Norwich, is perfect for your city break. You are within walking distance of the city centre and also close to the University of East Anglia. There is a good range of shops such as express stores, independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes attracting a friendly mix of locals, students and professionals.

With good transport links, direct to the UEA right on your doorstep, and only 15 minutes on foot from Norwich City centre you’ll have no trouble getting around when staying at this property. If you’re visiting the city, there is simply no better place to be!

A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable 4 weeks from your arrival. Payments are non-refundable.
