The space

Superbly located just minutes from St Stephens Street, this property offers easy access to Norwich city centre as well as Norwich’s bus and coach station for those arriving without a car. In under 10 minutes on foot, guests will find themselves outside Norwich’s famous 12th century market which offers everything from clothing and groceries right through to a whole range of international street food! Walk a little further and you’ll find yourself in Norwich lanes. Small winding pathways lined with unique and independent outlets, along with cafes, restaurants and of course fish and chips! Very few visit Norwich and leave unsatisfied, with such an expansive range of food options, guests will be left no-end of choice of where to grab a bite.

Famously Norwich was said to have a pub for everyday of the year, whilst it’s possible this could be slightly exaggerated, if guests are looking for a local pint, or perhaps a glass of wine they should have no trouble finding one. For ale lovers we would highly recommend a visit the traditional pub The Coachmakers Arms, which is just a 5-minute walk from the property.

Shopping and eating are of course important, however whatever you do, do not miss out on a trip to Norwich Cathedral. Completed in 1145, Norwich Cathedral is surrounded by beautiful, picturesque grounds, and welcomes members of the public through its doors 7 days a week. Featuring the second largest cloister in England, this is truly a marvellous experience and is a great way to spend an afternoon.

For entertainment, Norwich offers ample choice of cinemas, bowling alleys, trampoline parks, and even a climbing centre. Castle Quarter (previously known as The Castle Mall) has reinvented itself as a hub of entertainment, featuring retro arcades, crazy golf, virtual reality, and a host of eating establishments.

Norwich is right at your doorstep, and with so much to see and do, the hardest part will be deciding what to do first.
