Just a short stroll from the beach is Seabreeze, a fabulous 3-bedroom, family-friendly, holiday home.

Furnished to an exceptionally high standard, the property features homely touches throughout and two different outside areas.

There are also numerous coastal hotspots all within a short drive, so you will have an abundance of options for how to spend your time in Norfolk.

 

The Space

Seabreeze is set over 3 floors and is comprised of 3-bedrooms, one living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Both double bedrooms are located on the top floor, whilst the bunk bedroom and lounge are on the second floor (street level). Comfortable sofas surround the decorative fireplace in the lounge with a flat screen smart television, board games and books available for entertainment.

There is a family bathroom on the lowest floor with shower over bath, whilst a second bathroom with a cubicle shower is located on the same level as the lounge.

Downstairs, on the lower floor (with street level back door entrance), is a modern open plan kitchen dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked with utensils and amenities including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Ideal for light bites or evening meals, there is a dining table with enough seating for all your guests, as well as additional sofa seating.

Outdoor seating for 2 is provided on the small patio area at the front of the property whilst the rear of the property boasts a larger courtyard area with further seating – ideal for those warm summer evenings!

Unrestricted street parking is available at the rear of Seabreeze, with easy access for loading and unloading via the back door leading into the kitchen.

Location

Gorleston-On-Sea has been voted Trip Advisor's best UK beach and the 12th best beach in the whole of Europe! It is located to the south of Great Yarmouth on Norfolk's east coast, famous for it's huge stunning sandy beach which stretches below cliff gardens and a grand promenade. Seaside amenities are aplenty with ice cream, chips shops and arcades, with various eateries also close-by. Beyond the beach Gorleston's town centre is lined with shops, pubs and cafes, with a large morrisons supermarket conveniently located in the centre of the town.

For those keen to explore the wider area, the east coast of Norfolk is blessed with numerous beaches which stretch along the coastline, with each offering it's own unique appeal. Similar to Gorleston, Great Yarmouth offers a traditional seaside experience of ice creams and arcades, with further attractions lining the promenade including The Pleasure Beach, Joyland and The SEALIFE Centre!

North of Great Yarmouth you will find great walking beaches like Winterton-On-Sea, whilst a very unique experience is available during the colder months at Horsey Gap, which is home to one of the largest seal colonies in the UK!

For thrill seeking families, Pleasurewood Hills theme park is just 15-minutes away by car, and offers a mix of rides and rollercoasters for children of all ages.

The City of Norwich is around 40-minutes drive away, and offers a further host of things to explore, including historical landmarks, architecture, a wonderfully diverse shopping district and an abundance of restaurants, cafes and pubs.
