Molly’s Den features an airy and light open-plan sitting room, kitchen and dining area, large bedroom and modern shower room. The bedroom includes Velux-style windows and further seating and is accessed via a spiral staircase from the sitting room. Outside is a private courtyard with seating.

Molly’s den welcomes cyclists and offers a secure lock-up for bikes. When it comes to cycling Norfolk offers something for everyone whether you’re a keen long-distance racer, off-road enthusiast or looking for gentle trails. Birdwatchers will also find themselves ideally located for some of the county’s top nature reserves including Titchwell Marsh and Snettisham Nature Reserve. There’s plenty to see whatever the time of year!

The Area
Molly’s Den in the delightfully sleepy village of Roydon near King’s Lynn is the perfect base from which to explore the wealth of wildlife, history and beauty that North Norfolk has to offer.

Roydon boasts its own Norfolk Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve, two pubs and a nearby general store. The Roydon Common nature reserve is nationally known for nightjars, lapwings and woodlarks. It’s also only a mile from the Royal Sandringham Estate and close to several top class golf courses and stunning beaches. This location is hard to beat for those that wish to find a bolt hole to relax and unwind.

Walk, cycle, visit a stately home, bird-watch, play golf or walk to the pub for a lazy lunch and a pint of real ale, the choice is yours!

We had a fabulous few days

We had a fabulous few days in this lovely cottage. It was extremely clean, beautifully equipped and so very comfortable. And there were fresh eggs for sale at the neighbours! We would definitely come again. The Dun Cow pub is just a stroll/stagger along the road and is well worth a visit the food is delicious. The deli...
