The space

Marsh End is a 1-bedroom cottage attached to a family home. The accommodation features a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and W/C and a comfortable open plan kitchen and living area. The well-equipped kitchen features an oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and kitchenware. There is a dining table for 2 and a cosy lounge with flat screen television.

Relax whilst sitting out in the garden; this is a quiet location with only the sound of owls and the muntjac deer to be heard in the evenings.

Property access is via its own separate entrance so guests may arrive and depart at their leisure. Washing machine is available.

Location

Stiffkey is a quaint village located a 10-minute drive outside of Wells-next-the-Sea. It forms part of Blakeney National Nature Reserve and is known for its picturesque views and its marshes. The village is set along the Norfolk Coastal Path, a long distance footpath running 62.5 miles from Hunstanton to Sea Palling.

At the heart of the village you will find the Red Lion Pub serving locally sourced food and Stiffkey Stores with its own lovely coffee and cake shop with outside seating as well as a fabulous retro gift shop.

Accessible directly from the gate in the garden is the public bridleway, turning right will take you on a 5 minute walk to Stiffkey Marshes and the coastal path or you can turn left to head to the village shop and the Red Lion Pub, all whilst avoiding the road! From the coastal path it is a 4 miles walk to Wells-next-the-Sea of 3 miles to Morston and Blakeney.

Check in time is anytime from 3pm and check out by 10am.

A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable 4 weeks from your arrival. Payments are non-refundable.
