The space

A real home away from home, Dun Blawin’ features a king-sized bedroom, one twin room, a fully equipped kitchen area with dining, and a comfortable lounge.

Both bedrooms are spacious with ample storage each with their own television. The twin bedroom can be converted into a second king-sized bed for your convenience. Please make sure to request this at the time of booking.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of amenities including a large fridge freezer and washing machine. Off from the kitchen there’s a dining table offering seating for up to 6 guests. Ideal for family meals after a long day walking or cycling.

The lounge offers comfortable seating and a large flat screen television with Sky multi-room package (meaning Sky TV is also available in the main bedroom).

One family bathroom is available on the first floor with shower over bath.

Guests will enjoy relaxing on warm evenings in the properties spacious, well-tended garden.

Dun Blawin' is located just 10-minutes outside the popular village of Coltishall, in Badersfield, which is part of the former RAF Coltishall site. A great base for those looking to explore wider Norfolk and The Broads by car.

The village of Coltishall features several popular restaurants and pubs such as The Red Lion, The Kings Head and The Rising Sun. With the latter two both featuring beautiful riverside gardens and terrific views!

Under 15 minutes’ drive away, is the town of Wroxham. Well known as the beating heart of The Norfolk Broads, there’s numerous boating companies who offer hourly and daily boat hire - the very best way to explore the natural beauty of The Broads!

With Cromer, Sea Palling and Norwich City also all around a 20-minute drive away, guests will be spoilt for choice with where to explore first.

Cromer is a hugely popular North Norfolk town, well known for its fantastic sandy beach, museums, surfing and of course the famous ‘End of Pier show!’.

Award winning Blue Flag beach, Sea Palling, is without doubt one of the finest beaches in the county. A gorgeous sandy beach with large sand swept dunes, and seaside amenities like fish and chips and arcades.

Steeped in history and architecture, the historical city of Norwich makes for a wonderful family day out. Whether you are visiting Norwich Cathedral and castle, or bargain hunting the 11th century market you are guaranteed a fun-filled day.

Local favourite, The Diplomat pub and a small shop are both a few minutes’ walk from the property.
