From 19th April 2022, there are no government restrictions in place relating to Covid-19. Individuals are no longer required to self-isolate following a positive test result or following contact with someone else who receives a positive test result. This means that our normal booking conditions apply when cancelling or amending your booking.
When you book direct on norfolkholidayproperties.co.uk you can be assured we’re there to help. Should government restrictions be reintroduced which make it impossible for you to travel or take your holiday, you will be able to choose to either reschedule your booking to another time or to receive a full refund of the accommodation fees.
